Their customer service is actually okay. Returns are easy. They'll often refund you and just let you keep the thing if it's not up to expectations.
It's really become an eBay-level shitshow, though. There will be 10 listings for the same product, with different options within each. Also, as xo has scholarship on, there's tons of garbage on there now. |
