then at some point, these positions were swamped by unpleasant surly minorities, including MORE and MORE minority MEN, who, i assume, cannot find any other gainful employment in this post-industrial shit 'service' economy.
but it is absolutely unbearable dealing with them: they all have this infuriating anti-service mentality, whereby they think they have to preserve their THUG MANHOOD by refusing to appear to 'serve' you at all, treating customers with confrontational hostility and foot-dragging incompetence, etc. |
