im down 5lbs in 4 days. when i started, i was 32-33% bf. i'll continue to do this for 8 weeks and re-assess.

nope. distilled spirits are alcohol, water, and various other chemicals which impart flavors. no glycemic impact and no glycogen load.
keep in mind, this isn't a life hack. if you eat anything with those spirits your liver is going to burn the alcohol calories first and release all kinds of toxic shit into your system that makes you hungover
and then after that's done it will start work on your food after the alcohol is gone. that includes all the sugar and bullshit bartenders sneak into their "crafTTT cockTTTails."

depends on the wine. champagne has almost no sugar because of the secondary fermentation process that causes the bubbles. sweet white wine is like drinking syrup.
I've lost about 65 pounds so far through carb cutting and fasting, and I drink more than I did before. I drink a lot, but only neat liquor (occasionally seltzer), and I drink red wine, champagne, and dry white wine. no beer, no sweet wine, no mixers, no liqueurs.
I wouldn't touch any of that shit until you're fat adapted and you get the sugar addiction out of your system. I quit drinking completely and eliminated all sugar and grains out of my diet for the first month until my body finished induction.
