I filed a lawsuit and litigated for a while. Settled before deposition for $67,000 for him and $3,000 for his son (who had no treatment at all).

The doctors won't go after my clients if we lose. If they do, no PI attorney would ever work with them. All treatment is on a lien, so we don't pay anything up front. If the settlement is bad or low the doctors will work with the client to make sure the client gets money in their pocket. |
