i imagine the earnest striver who hands over his youth to get into an elite school. upon entering, he realizes he's dumber than the people there and has to work extra hard to compensate. he tries to parlay his mediocre resume to a prestigious job where he gets a fancy title but is just a monkey thrown into a meat-grinder that saps all his energy and his financial gains are eaten away by costs of living. and finally, to top it all off, he insists on "marrying up," which means putting forth herculean efforts to attract a high maintenance cunt who'll be superficially attracted to all that he's managed to "achieve" in his pathetic life and will entertain him like her sperm donor and ATM machine.
