The racism was shocking, but the board leaned much more left in the mid-2000's. I remember trying to immigration thread once in 2007 and people asked me if I was serious.
Lurked at all of the Leiter and law suit stuff. Board was garbage for long stretches during 2011-2016. Surprisingly decent now. Trump seems to have helped
Edit: it also really helped when Rach came back for a bit and reenergized the place |
