HAHAHAHAHA! Never not lying to the peace loving proles. This is just the procurement and daily ops budget and doesn't include loan guarantees or R&D (NIR spending in Russian parlance) to industry which take actual spending to more like $78 billion per year. In Yankeestan the DoD doesn't subsidize loans to Boeing or exclude DARPA funding from the DoD budget. |
