The pathway lighting feature and the crazy 360 camera stuff in less advanced versions is already on cars in the $60k price range and will only get more common and more advanced like these BMW systems. Even a $45k Volvo and my $50k Kia has the mood lighting LEDs whose color you can customize already. Massage seats are becoming a thing at the $50k price point so that exercise feature isn't a stretch to see added on in a few years too. The only truly crazy thing is that fragrance mode.
