you get chris guest, who is an amazing actor and improv who morphs into many unrecognizable roles; you get michael mckean, who i think is one of the best and smartest actors on the planet; the rest of the crew, including levy and willard, are brilliant. it's a movie i wish i would have made. |

i agree it's the type of thing i wish i had the talent to be a part of. i feel like regardless of money if i had a hand in something like that, i could die knowing i contributed something special to humanity during my short time here and no one could take that away.

anyway, it bothers me a bit because i have a natural affinity for that style of direction and satire. and i've done a few things, in the past, that have been good and inspired by guest. sort of why i'm a frustrated creative, i guess. never apologize for appreciating this kind of humor; at least not to me. i prize it. |
