if it goes to healthcare, rebuilding infastructure, schools, and taking care of our citizens etc, then yes, i am all for higher taxes and am fine w paying more myself
if its going to dumb shit like paying for unneccessary foreign wars, ' Middle East Partnership Initiative Scholarship Program' or developmental assistance to china, then no, i am not in favor of paying more in taxes. |

People are less engaged about taxes when some mysterious amount comes out of their paycheck and then they magically get thousands of dollars back every spring. Alter that dynamic so that even lower middle class wagecucks are writing the IRS a check every April 15 and people might have more to say about where their money actually goes. |
