Like, if he's buying a burrito in mountain view, there are plain clothed bodyguards present and it's pretty obvious if you know what to look for. Some are full time employees (generally, security management/strategists) whereas a lot of the physical security at these locations are contractors. The bodyguards for executives are from shops like Gavin DeBecker and get a lot of mid-grade military, maaayybbeee borderline special forces dudes (e.g. Rangers).
My opinion, given the net worth of a lot of Bay Area execs, many are under secured with respect to physical security of themselves and their family. |

Other things I'd look for:
- Clean cut appearance. GDB guys don't change their look much from military days + they might get staffed at places where they need to blend in with execs so rarely will any of them have an 'under cover' appearance w/ long hair and beards. Look them up on LinkedIn. - Long pants almost always regardless of season. (ankle holster, and you can sometimes see the crease) - Jacket if wearing tucked in shirt, untucked shirt (IWB carry, again, you can see the crease) if no jacket. - Earpieces, nearly 10/10. - Not looking at their fucking cell phones while standing around. Seriously, go observe a line of normal people, the majority can't leave their phone in their pocket. - Shoes. They might be attired in a suit or nice clothing, but a lot will have more 'service' oriented footwear since they're on their feet a lot. - Watches. Again, old habits, but you'll see g-shocks under dress shirts, maybe a robust diver as the most 'dressy'.
It's a totality, but if I see some/all of those things I might look for carry creases in their clothing if I'm trying to make someone as possible guard card dude. |

Another law enforcement source told ABC7 News reporter Dan Noyes that the shooter is a white, adult female wearing a dark top and head scarf. A second law enforcement official told reporter Vic Lee the shooter is a woman.
An eyewitness told ABC7 News' Dion Lim that he was working at Youtube when the alarm went off at the building. He left the facility on his skateboard, and went through the outdoor plaza, where he saw at least one person on the ground with what he believed to be a gunshot wound. The witness, a senior software engineer, said the shooter appeared to be a man, conflicting with reports of a female shooter.
"When you see someone with a shot to the stomach, you expect the worst but pray for the best," he said.

The source told ABC7 News multiple people have been injured, including a shot to the chest. There are no reported fatalities at this time.
A spokesperson for Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital confirms they're receiving patients from the shooting at their facility. They added patients are also being transported to other Bay Area hospitals.
SKY7 is over the campus, where law enforcement were seen approaching the building with guns drawn. Employees were evacuated with arms overhead, and the campus is flanked with dozens of police cars and emergency vehicles.

The mother of a 30-year-old YouTube employee shared texts messages from her son with ABC7 News. He texted his mother that he was eating lunch at an outdoor courtyard when shots rang out around 12:50 p.m. He told her he was hiding in a bush and was "safe for now." Just spoke to a shaken mom outside YouTube campus. Her son, 30 year old software engineer was inside during active shooter situation. He heard shots on his lunch break on outside patio. He is now hiding in a bush.

People nearby the campus have posted photos and information from the scene on social media, showing police cars surrounding the facility. About 1,700 people work at the campus.

The Walmart campus neighbors the Youtube campus. The 23rd infantry of the U.S. Marines, which is about a block away, has been put on lockdown.
