Second, Trump doesnt really care either way, he just wants something that will boost his image. This allows him to look 'tough on russia', and is a welcome distrcation from all the other fabricatyed scandals the media has gone on about. He's already had the experience of universal praise from last year's strikes so he knows he can count on a good news cycle |
