I will never be able to stop the aberrant thinking. All I can do is strive to act within set norms around others. That’s a struggle and I mostly just choose to remain quiet most of the time. Sometimes people mistake me for being timid and reserved. I’d like to set everyone straight. I am quiet. And crazy as fuck.

Please give me some examples of what you mean by "aberrant thinking," along with the context in which this type of thinking occurs.

For example, the always present paranoia and sense of self-persecution. I know this isn’t real, but it is always there.

I think paranoia is generally a good instinct to have. Sense of self-persecution, not so much.

This doesn't sound particularly crazy though.

There are also voices. Sometimes they work me up so that I pulse with rage. I walk around like a teapot on the burner just a second away from blowing. I’d also add that, more in terms of just general mental unwellness, I have no regard for my personal looks or hygiene. I frequently wear the same clothes for days. I have learned to always shave and shower though.

Now you sound like you're just flaming. Why wouldn't you lead with this?

But, on the off chance this is genuine, the voices seem more serious. Interesting. What is an example of how they can work you up?

Sometimes there are multiple voices and they just talk to themselves and you are kind of a third party. Other times they are directing you to do things. They are ridiculing you and telling you that it’s all because of X or Y.
