yet all of these are slowly crushed and extinguished like a wilted flower. she becomes an accumulation of neurotic stress points, traumas and pain, various adult concerns. her grating voice and tarnished facial features make you feel dismayed and distressed as you realize what was lost, not just to those who enjoyed her before, but wasted, pissed into the uncaring winds of time. it's nobody's fault. aging, lost youth, etc. she's now 27. you're no younger. she's sitting across the table on a tinder date with you. society says she's even MORE of a catch now that she's has her degree(s). and of course the lessons she learned along the way. you have nothing to complain about, this is the best outcome you could have hoped for. you are matched. you are lucky even. you catch a glimpse of the grim reaper standing above you both, as you pass out with rage. |

That has since been well eclipsed by another girl (this year) who has traumatized me far, far more.
