The guy was aware of the crypto slack yet lied through his teeth about it on here. And continually doubled down on his lies even when it was exposed and there wasn’t any sort of “need” to lie.

What does his (likely fake) demands to fight have to do with his glib and deceitful nature? Nothing. I should have called it out right then instead of getting heated and going down that road. He pulled a (((trick))) that I unfortunately fell for, but it doesn’t change the truth.

And it’s well known that short quotemo’s secret slack remained secret on XO (apart from mocking it’s very existence) because short quotemo threatened to kick out any member who discussed its existence on XO or anyone associated with XO.

So it’s not “insane” at all to allege, as I did, that Bloodacre was well aware of the slack’s existence when he lied through his teeth here and claimed that it did not exist and if someone held a gun to his head, he’d tell them that too.

Are his lies worth fighting over? No. But are they lies? Yes.

In that thread, Bloodacre was the unhinged one and increasingly upped his unhingedness. He said something like “I want to choke you to death and watch the life drain from your eyes.” That’s when I said he should have been tossed into an oven.

So is my response proportional? Yes. Is it appropriate? If Bloodacre lied, as he did, certainly.
