The library and various facilities are all flame and you could get by with a faculty of a half dozen full time employees, one of whom was the dean, and the rest of the classes could be taught by adjuncts at $1500 a credit hour.

This is what non-elite law schools used to do before the ABA went nuts and now people pay $60k in tuition for TTTs.
