Lots of them depending on the cost. My wife paid $17K a year for medical school in Texas and is making good money now. If you can go to a decent law school on scholarship or get an employee-sponsored MBA they can be good deals.
The thing that fucks people is the opportunity cost and the absurd tuition of most programs now. Very few are worth attending at full cost. Obviously stuff like EE/CS is the best.

isn't in state in Texas med school like super easy to get into too - some have 50% admissions rates
that seems CR
most med students I know have like 400K debt though

A lot of people would benefit from state flagship programs
putting aside maximum utility, if you're 100% going to get the speech language pathology M.A. then maybe consider your flagship U's program, or establishing residency in a state first ... so many of these programs are going to be 10-20k in tuition vs 50-60K, and often cheaper in COL

MBA when employer is paying. M7/tuck MBA if they're not, depending on your track/goals.
