Day 2: Now I'm doing a 2000/calorie a day diet.
Changed my goal from 2 pounds a week to 1 pound a week.
Eaten about 1850 calories today, some cereal, a coffee, and a shitload of taco bell. Went to the gym at rush hour, it was crowded as fuck so I left.
Only like 35 pounds to go before I'm fit as fuck.

Cut back on shitcarbs and up your greens and it'll be easier to stay within your calorie limitations.
Also, c'mon, 1500 isn't that hard.

Are you working out? It's not that restrictive depending on your body weight. I'm 167lbs at the moment and on non-work out days I try to cap myself around 1800-1900 cal, and max 2,200 on days I hit the gym (~45 min of no BS'ing around cardio and lifting, I'm assuming about 400-500 calories burned).
Weekend I generally skip lunch and that gets me a couple of ~1500 days that I've been using to dial down towards a goal of more visible abs + competition weight for sprinting (bulked to 183 toward the end of 2017).

I went from a doughy 210 to a ripped 190 at age 24 in a shockingly low amount of time. It was honestly like 45 days.. Here is what I did:
Lifted every other day without a lot of focus on the big 3 lifts that require serious muscle recovery
Sprinted every day
<2000 calories per day, consisting of 80% protein, 15% fat
Protein was only chicken, turkey, salmon or egg white
Some days were under 1200 calories
Took oxyelite pro old formula daily
Lifted with jack3d old formula
