Do You Think The Food Good At White House State Dinners?

mass produced food is never that good. would you expect the WH state dinners to be any better than a 100-person formal event at the waldorf? probably not. |

Like let's just say for the sake of argument that 4 chefs in a brigade system can put out 10 of a main at the same time and have them all be perfect, but this can't be scaled up. Add in what's essentially a second kitchen with 4 more chefs of equivalent skill and they can do 10 as well. Since space and costs aren't really constraints, you can replicate this as many times as you like. What *precisely* do you think prevents this?
Because the shitty food at (((legal))) events isn't anything intrinsic about food, it's about cost savings. |
