OFFICIAL AVENGERS: INFINITY WARS DISCUSSION THREAD **SPOILER ALERT**

Date: April 25th, 2018 3:03 PM Author: Transparent doctorate den First off, this is BY FAR, the craziest fucking Marvel movie I have ever seen. EVERYONE DIES. EVERYONE!!!
Thanos fights the Hulk in the opening scene, obviously to show the audience how strong Thanos is even with just one infinity stone. Absolutely crushes Hulk. In later scenes Banner tries to summon Hulk and Hulk refuses to appear. CRAZY. Loki also dies.
Thanos starts out imba as fuuuuck and just keeps on getting stronger as he collects more Infinity Stones.
Very LULZY Stan Lee cameo as a bus driver.
AWESOME return of CAPTAIN AMERICA - who looks fucking badass. Beard and long hair, and when he goes to Wakanda to defend it, he gets a new shield. Bucky also gets a new arm.
Starks new suit is SUPER LAME. Nanosuit? Boring.
When Tony goes into the spaceship PEPPER POTTS says shes coming for him. Crazy. Will be interesting to see what role she plays in upcoming films.
Very WTF reveal with TYRION LANNISTER as the dwarf who makes another Mjolnir for Thor at a crazy forge that uses a neutron star as an energy source. Later on Mjolnir DOES damage Thanos, so obviously Thor will play a major role in the next films. Same thing with Hulk - he never shows up in this film so obviously the surviving Avengers will find some way to summon him again when they defeat Thanos.
Vision gets pwn3d multiple times and was nerfed BIG TIME in this film. VISION DIES after Thanos removes his gem in the final battle scene. HOWEVER,
You will have noticed that the Wakanda nurse who was dissassembling the Soul Stone took the Soul Stone out - or seemingly made a COPY of it before making it vanish. I am assuming this extra Soul Stone will play a role in later movies.
EXTREMELY lulzy RED SKULL reveal, who has been hiding out on the Soul Stone planet and explains to Thanos how he must sacrifice Gomorrah to summon the soul stone - a soul for a soul is the blood price.
A bunch of heroes travel to Titan to attack Thanos on his own turf and nearly defeat Thanos, but Peter Quill ruins the plan and everyone gets fucked by Thanos.
THANOS HAS THE FULL INFINITY GAUNTLET and achieves his dream of wiping out half of all life in the universe, and pretty much everyone dies.
CRAZIEST REVEAL IN THE MOVIE:
After Thanos gets the full Infinity Gauntlet he transports to some strange place and doesn't have the Gauntlet on. He approaches a young Gomorrah who asks him if he succeeded and what the cost was.
Obviously it's not really a young Gomorrah - it's actually a disguised DEATH who he is obsessed with and destroyed half of all life in the universe for. Obviously the next movies will show his relationship with her and some crazy ONE ABOVE ALL or CELESTIAL shit will get involved at some point in future movies. That's going to be fucking crazy.
When all is said and done, the only survivors are Iron Man, Captain America, the Wakandian girl, Hulk, Black Widow, and Scarlet Witch. Other heroes who weren't in the movie MAY still be alive. We'll only know for sure in Captain Marvel or whatever the next film is.
When Doctor Strange dies he CLEARLY says to Stark that letting Thanos get the full Infinity Gauntlet is the only way to win - so the movie just basically is milking the fuck out of you for the next generation of Marvel films.
CRAZY POST CREDITS SCENE:
Nick Fury and that girl are driving and people around them start disappearing. Nick Fury says its a code red and uses a beeper to send a message before dying - screen zooms to the beeper screen and its the symbol for CAPTAIN MARVEL who will be getting the next Marvel film.
CRAZY. Easily the best Marvel film so far. 9/10. Some of the humor was really bad - too forced so I can't give this film a 10/10.
I know I don't normally post at night but I saw this on opening day so I wanted to share all the crazy stuff in this movie before I go to sleep. I'll catch you guys in the AM to discuss your opinions on these crazy developments. And of course, I watched it with that new Russian girl who I met yesterday. Awww yeah.
