Brennan (strong possibility based upon vehemence of Tweets) Clapper (was probably best-positioned to do it) Comey (I think he’s too self-righteous and would not have exposed himself with the book if it was “his” plan; least likely of the three dirty intelligence chiefs) Hillary or a Hillary hanger-on like Podesta (maybe) Loretta Lynch (I don’t think she’s that clever) Obama (maybe, but I don’t see him personally wanting to get this involved over Hillary)
Any other guesses? I think Bill was happy to help put out fires but not behind it because I think he was probably pretty ambivalent about Hillary being president in any case. |
