DOJ takes the discredited dossier and sells it as great info the FISA court. at that point we have the criminal process and the CI process going hard after Trump.
no evidence of collusion existed at that time, or exists today. that doesn't slow down the processes, which are bootstrapped from the fears of the establishment people.
Trump wins! Obama meets with Comey, Lynch, Rice, and Yates where they all agree that their story will be that they played it straight. Rice sends a bizarre email to herself confirming that in the minutes after the inauguration.
