i take two tablespoons every morning with 8 oz of water.
I think I decided to stop eating as much and exercise more, but what I feel it MAY have helped with (broscience):
1) keeping the carb cravings down for several hours until the mid afternoon.
2) helps me still have energy in the early day despite not eating any carbs.
I basically have a normal shitty lunch and a small dinner instead of two big shitty meals. Seems to have worked.

1. Drink water. A lot of times you feel hungry when you are actually thirsty.
2. Eat 25% of what you normally would. Wait about 15 min then eat half of what's left. It takes about 17 min from when first swallow food to trigger the full feeling so you will actually feel satisfied after eating much less food.
3. don't snack, eat one big meal or two medium meals a day at most.
4. sleep instead of eating - take a power nap, wake up, and chug water.
5. develop body dysmorphia, hate the way you look and feel. Its cliche but works that you should believe nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
6. Remember there are lots of meals left to be eaten, it's not a sacrifice if 8 out of 10 are gross tasting healthy meals. You need to give yourself cheat days. Eat healthy all the time, but if your boys wanna get wings and watch the finals, go ahead. If your GF wants to get pizza, don't second guess just go do it. You had a no dressing salad the previous two days so it's cool.

5 is key (kind of). you made this thread but the information you need is a google search away. no one ever fails to lose weight for lack of information or lack of appropriate food. they fail for lack of discipline.
ignore 3 tho. eat small meals throughout the day. ideally before you get hungry
spite, competitiveness and/or self loathing can all be powerful motivators

I started eating two meals a day during a 7-8 hour window and it worked like a charm. They were the same two meals every day (I have autism) but they’re delicious:
Meal 1: poke bowl with rice, tuna, salmon, avocado, and a light sauce
Meal 2: Shake from juice generation: almond milk, banana, peanut butter, spinach, frozen coconut milk, vanilla whey protein
Dropped a few pounds while continuing to lift heavy and looked cut as fuck.
