My gripe is that with modern art I just do not think that the price points are justifiable when you can get a Van Gough for a similar amount, as well as dozens of masterpieces from basically any other time period.

When there is so much money in the world sloshing around because of printing fiat, you have these situations start to unfold.
A lot of these pieces are, in my opinion, not going to fetch as high a price in the future for a variety of reasons. |
