They buried the hatchet and Chevy came on the show some years back.
I think Chevy did himself in. He was a notorious prick and that probably finally outweighed his talent, which is considerable. Sad, because the guy was a really funny motherfucker. Great comedic actor. |

there was this flaming queer on the cast named terry sweeny. when everyone was pitching sketch ideas, chevy said "i have a great idea for a sketch. i'll play a doctor, and you're my patient. I diagnose you with AIDS, and each week you come back to see me and you weigh less each time." this was met with crickets. |
