Could be because he is a coward who has been able to use his family wealth to insulate himself from IRL confrontations. Or because someone has done a whip count and told him that he couldn't keep enough Republicans to survive. So he does impotent shit like engineer Kushner's security clearance approval

Obviously, it would be that the Russian government gave Trump, then a reality TV star, a ton of cash because one day he was going to run for POTUS, win a surprise victory, and then owe them favors. Right?

(if it is anything other than the scenario above, I don't give a shit and it is beyond the scope of this investigation)

Eric told a golf journalist that that Vnesheconombank gave them access to $100 million. Do you think that Mueller should find out whether that had anything to do with Flynn and Kushner asking for a SCIF to use to communicate with Russians after they met with Sergei Gorkov? Would that be a fishing expedition beyond the scope of the investigation?

For your pleasure, Treason is Name-Dropped as a specific charge that can be preemptively cleared:

"10. A pardon reaches the punishment prescribed for an offence and the guilt of the offender. If granted before conviction, it prevents any of the penalties and disabilities consequent upon conviction from attaching; if granted after conviction, it removes the penalties and disabilities and restores him to all his civil rights. It gives him a new credit and capacity. There is only this limitation to its operation: it does not restore offices forfeited, or property of interests vested in others in consequence of the conviction and judgment.

11. The petitioner in this case, having received a full pardon for all offences committed by his participation, direct or implied, in the Rebellion, is relieved from all penalties and disabilities attached to the offence of treason, committed by such participation. For that offence, he is beyond the reach of punishment of any kind. He cannot, therefore, be excluded by reason of that offence from continuing in the enjoyment of a previously acquired right to appear as an attorney and counselor in the Federal courts."

So the Trump Organization and its Executives willfully obstructed AML regulation requirements that don't exist for the Real Estate industry?

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/rabobank-na-sentenced-conspiring-impair-impede-and-obstruct-its-primary-regulator

"“Instead of filing reports that would have alerted law enforcement to the suspicious activity, as required by law, the bank looked the other way and then compounded its misconduct by conspiring to cover-up its failures and deceiving its regulator. Today’s sentence and the related forfeiture demonstrate that the Department of Justice will use all the tools at our disposal to combat drug trafficking and transnational crime—including prosecuting financial institutions that turn a blind eye to illicit proceeds moving through their customers’ accounts.” "

These laws don't even exist for real estate.

You're constantly screeching about "money laundering" when the Patriot Act excludes the Real Industry from AML compliance.

So a Russian mobster buys a Trump property, and? What regulation did the Trump Organization willfully violate as a consequence of allowing that investment?

The Banking and Casino industries are regulated very differently.

If FinCEN hadn't settled with the Trump Organization over the Trump Taj Mahal issue back in early 2015 and had digged deeper and was able to prove a criminal conspiracy that Trump executives and the company willfully ignored regulations, that would be one thing, but they settled that case and Trump no longer owns the property.

You do realize HER fans make up a chunk of Congress, right? No one was going to impeach him over firing Comey.

“No one was going to impeach him over firing Comey”

But they would have impeached him for firing a different FBI Director? You aren’t making much sense.

He fired Comey because he was a self righteous Boy Scout who Sessions, like Lynch, couldn’t control. Your “points” about him alledegly being hated because of his unforgivable crimes against Crooked are retarded. Dems were up in arms about the Comey firing

Dems strenuously harassed Comey until the day he was fired. Every Congressional Session with Comey featured Dems attacking him. Comey did not have credibility.

Do you think Sessions is in control of Wray? lol

Comey was readily fired because he lacked credibility, and no was going to stick their neck out to defend Comey. It's not that complicated.

Comey was politically damaged and compromised from the election debacle, and Trump thought it was a courtesy to Comey to even keep him on board. Comey attempted to keep his distance instead of reciprocating and so he was summarily dismissed.

Essentially, Comey was already a politically compromised figure, and Trump kept him on to squeeze him, Comey didn't cooperate and so he was dismissed.

The very reason Trump kept Comey as FBI director is because Comey was vulnerable and he knew he could take him out at any time if he wanted to.

Trump felt Comey owed him a favor for letting him keep his job, but Comey didn't deliver on the quid pro quo.

-Trump is scared of Mueller

-Trump is weak

-Trump is dumb

-Trump's bonehead son-in-law has security clearance

You forgot to mention:

-Trump is a Putin plant

-Trumped had sex with someone who wasn't his wife

-Trump said pussy

He is going full throttle, using strong-arm tactics that are the definition of shady shit (including threatening Flynn's family to get him to resign and plead guilty) and STILL has nothing to show for it.

“STILL has nothing to show”

How do you know what he has? Did he hold a press conference that I missed? And how long do you think it should have taken him to bring a half dozen criminal cases to trial and conduct a counterespionage investigation into Russian active measures? You seem to proceed from the assumption that 1 year is too long
