He fancies himself the greatest salesman in the world, and will lie about how much he paid for an item to impress upon you the bargain he found or negotiated. If you show him something you bought, he will make you look like an idiot and claim he could've gotten it for 50-200% less.
He is also never wrong about anything, and thinks he has the answers to every problem known to man. If you insist that you're correct about something, he will downplay or otherwise negate the value of that insight.
He is also not above cheating the system, but I really can't say too much else about that.
That said, he cares deeply about his family, and helped each of his kids with money towards a down payment despite never making much himself. |
