I literally fuck something up everyday. How much longer do I have?

I don't understand your first sentence. Fuck-ups eventually learn that they're fuckups? What do they do next?
I'm a biglaw midlevel. I'm smart, charismatic, and can impress during interviews / client dinners / meetings, etc., but I cannot do mundane things without screwing something up and it's very visible on this current project. what's worse, the anxiety over my shortcomings follows me home every night, affects my sleep, free time, etc.
i'm also loaded up with debt...i feel like i'm completely fucked
EDIT: i can handle mundane shit with adderall, but that's its own can of worms as many on xo already know
