Not really. Most distinctive American musical forms blend African and European traditional styles, but there are plenty of U.S. musical forms that were primarily or exclusively originated by whites. Square dance, barbershop, etc. Moreover, other genres like bluegrass, dixieland, and country that have blues roots aren't any more influenced by African traditions as jazz is by European traditions.

That would be a bad thing, not a good thing, for the notion of white superiority to blacks, for (what should be) obvious reasons. Because if that is true, you are faced with two options. Either you deny that blacks, at least in the US, are disproportionately successful as musicians and producers of popular culture--which will involve a lot of backbends that basically lay the credit at the feet of Jews--or you accept that blacks are great at popular music and, therefore, they perhaps have high g that is ill-expressed for cultural reasons. Neither is a good look for white superiority. The first involves basically arguing that the Jews made Chuck Berry innovate rock and roll and made Whitney hit that note, and the second is basically the standard fuckparty position.

What you can't do is deny the past several decades of music happened.

Whites simply left music production alone. If blacks wanted to fill the niches there, and worked hard at it, and did reasonably well, then all the more--go for it. Whites simply wouldnt get their hands dirty on the much disrespected and "low class" subject, low class at least as a profession.
