Sorry, you are stuck with this. Maybe if you hadn't been such a humiliation that your parents actually liked being around you growing up, things would be different, but this is where we are.

Do you mean avoidant personality disorder?
Or just having an anvoidant personality?
Either way, it's not a single thing and is not distinguishable from being low in trait extroversion and high in trait negative emotion while being too high in trait agreeableness to counteract it.
You need to focus on ways to get better with extroversion, and negative emotion and learn to not be so agreeable. There are lots of CBT and other therapeutic techniques that have been developed for these three. However, if you're all the way on the "personality disorder" part of the spectrum, the prognosis of you being helped significantly are low.
