just got a standup heavy punching bag for my home. Pretty excited

I've seen this at boxing/martial arts gyms before, they are the go to for standup bags. Its generally considered the best standup heavy bag.
Not sure how close you mean. The base is like 28" wide. |

and at my gym I always used the huge heavy thai kickboxing bags because they moved a lot less. I don't really care about a lot of bag movement. PLus its big and wide |

Of course a hanging punching bag is a little better but whatever. Been doing 5-6 3:00 rounds, wiping my ass out.
This morning did 1000 feet sprint on the Versaclimber, then 5x 2:00 rounds on the heavy bag with 10 seconds rest. Soaking ass wet afterward. Plus feeling more energetic today. |
