being the same as "it's ok for me to do it because Hillary did it" and i am doubting that's how it is often or even ever used. they say "Hillary did it" when they're talking about destroying truthful women who had been abused by Bill, about running a personal server that was bound to be (and was) hacked by foreign powers, about constantly lying ...
