I think there are many direct parallels to what's going on, although I don't think the character assassination part is limited to the ideological subversion he describes.
I think character assassination is a commonly used power move against one's political enemies, and the media tried character assassinating Trump because he stood in the way of globalist/Leftist power. In other words, they would have done this independent of ideological subversion, because it's just a power move. |
