Meanwhile, Hancock Park is one of the old money neighborhoods with a $3M entry point.

Areas like Santa Monica, BH, and Brentwood are too big to be considered top and include too many ghetto parts. SM should be restricted to north of Montana, BH only above Santa Monica Blvd, and Brentwood only Brentwood heights.
Calabasas and la Canada are also not considered LA. |
