Do you do each of the following?

1) Go to bed around the same time each night and get 7.5-8.5 hours of sleep each night?

2) Exercise almost every day?

3) Avoid all non-whole-foods, sugar, refined carbs?

4) Stay thin.

5) Eat many (5+) servings of veggies a day?

6) Have close relationships with friends and family that you see regularly (multiples times a week)?

7) Regular have set and defined goals you're working towards?

If the answer to any of those is no, then it would be expected that you feel like crap. Fix all those before you complain.

Sadly, flame. They don't guarantee you'll feel good. I went from being very happy with only 2-3 of those, and far more unhappy with 6-7.
