As I promised the other day, this is a video of me doing the Military Press at 135 for 5 reps. Proof is included in the video.
This is also a challenge to any other XOXO MUSCLESTUDS to post a video of themselves doing the Military Press@135 for 5 reps.
I set the bar for RAW STRENGTH on Xoxo back in 2015 when I posted my weighted pullups video and not a SINGLE poster has been able to match my strength for 4 years.
Now, I have officially issued my next fitness challenge.
