We all know that Hawaii Judge will have his fun at first. And it will go up to the Supreme Court. And we know how all 4 libs will vote.
How do you think Roberts will vote? Or, for that matter, any conservative that is intellectually honest?
The bill Trump the Clown is signing expressly conditions local government approval for anywhere the Wall can be built (and a million other terrible provisions). Dems know that will tie it up indefinitely. Roberts will say, Trump, you signed this bill that expressly limited the Wall and set many roadblocks. How can you now declare a state of emergency to override the very thing you signed? Congress agreed, you approved, and you aren't getting out of it now. If you didn't like it, you shouldn't have signed it.
And he'd be right. Trump the Clown is a complete failure.

His staff routinely (on a weekly basis) stabs him in the back. The GOP actively sabotages his legislative agenda (and their own party). The FBI/DOJ literally tried to overthrow him in a coup, and indicted as many people as possible with gibberish process crimes. To top it off, he has a buck-wild judiciary that will instantly enjoin anything he does because they face no consequences.
Trump didn't write this 1,100 page piece of shit. Congress does that. He wanted a fucking wall, and his own party betrayed him on that because they are dysfunctional cuck traitors.

No, no, no.
Trump the Clown used to have a staff that was largely on board with him. What happened? He's so fucking lazy and incompetent that he allowed McMaster to purge his administration of all Trump loyalists, despite it being publicly reported at the time. Here's one article of many:
https://www.conservativereview.com/news/mcmaster-declares-war-on-trump-loyalists-continues-nsc-purge/
Trump was too busy with the important duties of watching Fox and Friends and making tweets that people ignore, to bother stopping McMaster. Like a true clown. So, now his loyalists are predictably gone and he is largely isolated.
Trump himself also proved he was NOT worthy of any loyalty, due to his hypocrisy on it. See here, summed up as he demands absolutely loyalty from his subordinates, but doesn't give a shit about protecting them when things get bad, Scaramucci being the most prominent example:
http://www.xoxohth.com/thread.php?thread_id=3705115&mc=88&forum_id=2
And yes, the GOP are largely traitors, because they do the bidding of (((donors))), who don't give a fuck about this country, can leave whenever they need, and don't want to stop illegal immigration because they want the flow of cheap labor.
But, your excuses may have been valid for the omnibus spending bill Paul Ryan authored a full year ago. No more. Literally, THIS EXACT THING already happened, but Trump didn't learn at all:
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2018/3/22/17150062/omnibus-spending-bill-march-ryan-mcconnell-congress
Trump was presented with a piece of shit bill that spent shitloads of money on globalist and Democratic causes. But, since he is too lazy and stupid to ever bother with the details, he had no idea it was coming until too late, then just grumbled and signed.
Trump the Clown doesn't learn a fucking thing, and just keeps clowning around.

So when presented with a setback, your choice is to turn on the POTUS? When majority control changes in Congress, the President is neutralized. That's the way the government is organized under the Constitution. Look at what the GOP, and specifically the Turtle, did to Obama. The big difference is that when libs controlled both houses in Obama's first term, they rammed Obamacare through. The GOP in Trump's first term? Accomplished almost nothing, and then condoned the literal coup that was trying to take down Trump.
I remember when Bannon left and you were apopleptic. Libs don't turn on and abandon their leaders on a whim, and neither should you. You just said that you have no doubt Trump wants a wall. You want to rage about his style, then fine. But you're not helping your cause by ranting and disparaging Trump.
There is *no* one that has turned the course of immigration debate like Trump. All three arms of the government (including his own) are actively trying to stop him.
You call him lazy and stupid. Lol, "ok." He routed the GOP, defeated the Clinton's, and will soon be vindicated by the traitorous FBI/DOJ that were plotting (and continue to plot) to fuck him.
You hate Trump now, hate the Old Guard GOP. So who do you actually support that is in power?

I like you, but hope you're ok with Trump the Clown signing this into law, as we elected him to do:
"3) This bill contains a blatant amnesty for the worst cartel smugglers: Section 224(a) prohibits the deportation of anyone who is sponsoring an “unaccompanied” minor illegal alien – or who says they might sponsor a UAC, or lives in a household with a UAC, or a household that potentially might sponsor a UAC. It’s truly difficult to understate the betrayal behind this provision. One of the driving factors of the invasion is the misinterpretation of the UAC law. Under current law, Central American teenagers are only treated as refugees if they are A) a victim of “A severe form of trafficking” and B) have no relatives in the country. Yet almost all of them are self-trafficked by these very illegal relatives who are indeed present in the country. Rather than clamping down on this fleecing of the American people, the bill gives amnesty to the very people paying the cartels to invade us!
“We can call this the MS-13 Household Protection Act of 2019,” said Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies. “We know that 80 percent of the UAC sponsors are in the country illegally. The number of people this would protect would reach into the hundreds of thousands, if all of the household or potential household members are counted. ICE has estimated that 30-40 percent of the MS-13 members it has arrested in the last two years arrived as UACs. There is no reason to shield any of these individuals from deportation. After all, if the minor is living with family, they should no longer be considered unaccompanied anyway. If there are illegal aliens here who do not yet have a child here to serve as a deportation shield, this certainly is an incentive for them to make the arrangements to bring one.”

1. This isn't a setback. It's an outright betrayal. More importantly, it was entirely preventable, as I've outlined.
2. I was upset about Bannon leaving. That's because I knew he was the brains, while Trump, not so much. I said for a long time that he and Miller were the two most important figures in the administration.
3. Trump shifted the overton window on immigration, yes. But, practically speaking, his incompetence has made us WORSE off for doing so. Because he radicalized the left more quickly than expected, so now we can look forward to actual open borders policies much faster than normal, once people (Dems) who actually are competent take over.
4. He's a great campaigner. He has high energy, but only utilizes it towards the things he finds "fun," such as campaigning. He doesn't devote 1% of his energy towards things he doesn't like. Unfortunately for us, reading is on that list.
5. I don't "hate" Trump. I think he is a colossal buffoon who likely will not get re-elected. Of course, I'd vote for him over the Dem.
Apart from him, it's true that I don't really support anyone in power. That's because the game is rigged, and the only people in power are there to fulfill the will of the (((donors))). Trump actually is independent, which is what makes his wasted potential due to his idiocy all the more frustrating.

"If Trump signs this bill instead of vetoing it and firing the people in the White House promoting it, he deserves to lose re-election."
There's a shitload of 180 analysis of the bill in this article:
https://www.conservativereview.com/news/5-insane-provisions-amnesty-omnibus-bill/
Regardless of the precise details, you get my point. Trump cannot sign a million restrictions, then pretend there's a National Emergency that justifies overriding them. He just fucking agreed to them!
