But within the not too distant future it will be relatively standard privacy agreements, managed service SOWs, within another 5 years standard issue cloud and SaaS stuff, and there will be "workflow" automation and the analysis of how hard to fight on a particular provision/outcome in the contract will be filtered through finance and stats, which is why megacorps will own this space, as they're the only organizations that will have sufficient volume to build the early and most valuable data sets.
