Fraud protection and travel protection are pretty great so if you do travel a lot then it's justifiable. Had a sick relative in a hotel in Germany and they had a doctor at her hotel door in less than 2 hrs.
I don't care about it, but some people are still impressed when you have the Platinum amex in Europe. Weird class shit or something. Some people do treat you differently when they see you have one. |
