The kids are clearly just playing football in their own backyard and sometimes mis-kick the ball because they are kids. It's assholeish to go to a lawyer and write a formal letter over two incidents.
Assholeish enough that I would direct my kids to begin intentionally harming the fence, assuming I had a few thousand bucks to spare to cover any liability they might incur. I'd fight it all the way in court of course. |
