Need advice. I don’t wanna get sued. She never gets back to us. I reached out to another one and they got back right away. What’s the deal? No written contract. Can I fire her?

Yes, but unless it's memorialized somehwere that you don't have the ability to terminate at will at this point, you can.

Noooo. Never I wouldn’t do that. I wanted to see a place. She doesn’t write back for three days. Then says they might now show it bc corona but she’ll ask. Three days no reply. I text her two days ago. Says her daughter had a baby so she forgot. She will do it. Three more days go by. Texted her last night. She never replied.

Call another agent. Tell her the situation. She’s like oh you didn’t sign anything you’re good. She set up. Virtual tour an a hour ago and I want to make an offer.

But I’ve been using this shitty agent for 6 months. Made an offer a month ago that was countered and I rejected the counter. Showed us maybe 10 places (not the one we like now.)

If you don't have a formal agreement and she didn't show you the place, you should be in the clear.

Check to make sure you didn't click on anything on her website which might have TOS.
