Some examples of what's great at costco: booze (also wine). Also, anything you buy in bulk (paper products, trash bags, cereal, non-perishable snacks, shit like that). Their produce is fine, but unless we're having a big dinner party, I don't really fuck with it because it will go bad before we use it all--though it sounds like you have a big fam, so that may change the calculus.
Also their meat section is pretty 180. Can get USDA prime steaks, and their seafood can be good too. |
