If you want adjustable dumbbells, that's different; I wouldn't fuck with things like the bowflex block ones unless you just need pretty small ones; they get expensive, there aren't a lot of heavy options, and there are moving parts that can break. adjustables are 180 except for the time it takes to load them and change weights; with the rouge dumbbell plates above, I'd wager a lot of that is mitigated. they're also just way more cost effective. I like em.
good cost guideline, but those aren't floating around much these days lol. |
