So you step on the scale and it says you are 15% BF when in reality you could be 5% (ripped as fuck with only essential body fat left) or 25% (excessively fat with sizeable love handles, no muscle separation, etc.). Or anywhere in between.
Seems uninformative. Navy BF estimate method has something like a 3% error rate. I’d just buy a $5 tape measure and go with the navy method. |

Right now it says I’m about 7.5% and I’m probably more like 11%. It does provide some level of consistency though and a trend line over time. i think activity level is to take into account more muscle mass, similar to how really built up guys can be 'obese' on the bmi scale.
i should ask my wife what the scale says her bf is. she's 5'3 now around 100lbs with defined abs. |

it's nice to go to, everyone is in shape there and rehab rarely consists of 'rest', they realize you can stay active and develop a program for you. my dorsiflexion was increased from a ttt 4 degrees (due to prior ankle break) up to 17 in just 4 weeks.
it's this device, my trainer says it's accurate af
