With a good teacher you can have 10 year olds into Shakespeare. |

I think our HS texts had a few footnotes per page, entirely on single vocab words. The syntax is just fancy, but so is the case with poetry. Its very good for the 95-115IQ brain to work around difficult diction and syntax.
