The declaratory judgment action was then dismissed, so harrier kid attempted to voluntarily dismiss his action, but the court first award 88k in attorneys fees to Pepsi because ZZZ Sr wasted everyone’s time with the Florida state suit.
Harrier kid then withdrew his withdrawal and they went to summary judgment |
