I've been buying protein from Omaha steaks - they trim all the fat off. 210 calories per chicken breast (2x/day), 270 cal per 6oz triple trimmed filets (1x/day), chopped bell peppers (30 cal/pepper). Some edamame as a snack. Staying under 1500 and working out/lifting every day.

No booze. Occasionally have a candy bar or something once a week.

6:05am: Meditate & pray

6:30am: Brush teeth, brush tongue, wash face, get dressed (for work out)

6:35am: Take dogs out for walk & feed them

7:00am - 8:00am: Family time - make breakfast, read books with kids, clean up, get them dressed for school

BREAKFAST - kefir overnight oats with wheat germ

OR oatmeal with turmeric

blueberries + raspberries/blackberries/strawberries

Vitamin Stack: Quercetin + Vitamin D3 + Curcumin/Piperine + Zinc

Coffee with whole milk

Sometimes will do mushroom coffee that wife loves

8:00am - 8:45am: WORK OUT (in Garage) -

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - strength training (dumbbells, barbell + calisthenics) - mostly compound exercises

Tuesday/Thursday - elliptical with high resistance

8:45am: Leave to take to kids to school

9:05am: Home, ice cold shower, let dogs out, get dressed for day

9:30am - 12:30pm: WORK BLOCK (3 HOURS) in home office (guest house)

12:30pm: Take an hour break, let dogs out, go pick toddler up from school, have a light lunch at home with family

LUNCH - red lentil soup

1:30pm - 5:30pm*: WORK BLOCK (4 HOURS)

5:30pm: Take an hour break, walk dogs, sit down to dinner with family at 6pm

DINNER

- small portion of chicken/fish/steak/lamb/ground beef/ground turkey

- sweet potatoes/potatoes OR white/brown rice

- grilled or steamed asparagus/brocolli/cauliflower

6:30pm: Sit with wife while she gives toddler bath, read books before bed.

7:00pm: WORK BLOCK (2 HOURS) - on most nights I will snack on some fruit (usually melon)

9:00pm: Walk dogs, make chamomile tea, warm shower - don't wet hair, brush teeth, brush tongue, floss. Extra virgin olive oil all over my face (to keep me looking young). Rosemary oil all over my scalp (to prevent hair loss).

9:45pm: Lights out in our house, everyone in bed.

Rules to live by:

- drink at least a gallon of filtered water/day

- never deviate from this schedule/regimen on Monday through Friday unless it's to have sex with my wife, which will happen about once a week.

- Friday is same schedule except I stop working at 3 or 4pm and cook dinner for family.

- schedule on weekend varies but I always keep the same sleep hours

- weekends are all about family and doing stuff outdoors and in nature. usually Saturday night, grandparents will watch kids and wife and I will go out on a date. Sunday we usually go see my parents for late lunch/early dinner.

- buy organic where it counts - not obsessed with it

- grow as many of our own fruits and vegetables as possible

Posted about this before and of course got blown out by the haters.

14 months ago went strict keto (95% carb free, never really counted anything). Purposely selected high fat cuts of beef. Ground beef is like 75/25.

Lost 40 pounds hungover 3 nights a week (low carb white claws) with no exercise over 7 months. One month I lost nothing (cause I started thinking I lost 20 so I could go back to beer). I blew out my shoulders lifting and couldn't so I didn't.

Went Carnivore 90% (still have occasional onion or mushrooms w steak or whatever) lost another 7 pounds and started lifting again once shoulders healed.

Now at age 21 weight and about 80% of my peak strength (can bench 315 but not pushing it any harder than that for joints) in the gym deep into my 40's with zero supplements and half-ass lifting.

Also cured high blood pressure, joint pain, my jaw grew according to my dentist, less moody, fasting is effortless because my body runs on its own fat, I have perfect energy 24/7 never tired.
