He said the fire started from inside the wall. He was running a space heater, but it was because the heat was out in the entire building. This wasn't the first or even 3rd time the heat had gone out in the building.
If he were to bring a lawsuit against the Property owners for maintaining a old-ass shitty building, what damages would NY law allow him to recover besides just property damage. |
