Answer:
Wa’alaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
According to the strongest opinion, it is not allowed to swallow or consume ejaculate due to several reasons below:
First: It is possible that during the act some impure materials such as madzi, wadi, or urine were also swallowed.
Second: Ejaculate is considered as a disgusting material (mustakhbats) thus even the scholars who stated that ejaculate is something pure argued that it is not allowed to swallow it, based on Allah’s decree:
وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ .الأعراف:157
“..and he (the Messenger of Allah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-) prohibits all corrupt things..” (Qs. Al-A’raaf/The Height: 157)
An Nawawy -may Allah have mercy on him- said,
هل يحل أكل المني الطاهر؟ فيه وجهان: الصحيح المشهور أنه لا يحل لأنه مستخبث
“Is it allowed to swallow the pure ejaculate? There are two opinions (regarding this matter), and the correct and popular one is that it is not allowed because it is disgusting (mustakhbats). ” ( See: Al-Majmu’ 2/575)
Third: Some of the health experts stated that from the medical view, if this act was done repeatedly, it would cause harm since the living ejaculate could injure the stomach wall thus resulted in stomach bleeding.

Mufti Muhammad Shafi writes in his Ma’ariful Qur’an:
According to Mirqat, a commentary on Mishkat, a man among the Israelites wanted to marry a girl, but her father refused. The suitor was so incensed that he killed the father, and disappeared. It is mentioned in Ma` alim al-tanzil which says on the authority of Kalbi that Allah had not yet sent down any injunction with regard to man-slaughter. If it was so, this shows that the incident happened before the Torah was revealed. Anyhow, the Israelites requested Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) to tell them how to trace the culprit. Under the commandment of Allah, he asked them to sacrifice a cow. As was their regular habit, they started raising all kinds of doubts and objections, of which the next verses give us the details. |
