my wife is asleep by 8pm every day. this isn't close to normal, right?

Date: December 6th, 2022 12:38 AM Author: Marvelous judgmental house even on weekends. she is up at 5:30am to get ready for work. me too. i get the kids ready for school in the morning, make their lunches. then, in the evening, i cook dinner, she usually is too tired to have dinner with us (it's 50 / 50, but when she is there, she's super tired), i get their pjs on, read them books, and get them to bed. she showers them usually when i am cooking, 5:30pm-6pm, give or take. after that, she taps out.
today she was actually asleep, lights off at 7:30pm (usually it's 8pm, some tv, half asleep, actually asleep by 8:30pm). she said she could have been asleep at 6pm if she didn't have to watch our youngest (i was with our other kid).
pattern doesn't change on the weekend. she's constantly exhausted.
this is crazy right? |

and she's in shape, 5'2", 115 lbs, exercises when she has the time and energy 1-2x per week, eats healthy.
